직무 설명:

Consulting and participating in building organizational models:

  • Research, propose and build organizational structures, functions and tasks of units according to the Company’s development strategy.
  • Review, standardize, propose adjustments to the title system to suit the business strategy, organizational model and management needs.
  • Build and standardize the job description system, competency framework for each position.
  • Review, update and adjust the current organizational development policy system and remuneration policy in accordance with changes in human resource strategy orientation and legal regulations of each period.
직무 요구 사항:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields;
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management in large companies, with experience in organizational development;
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of human resources and related legal systems;
  • Skills: Knowledge of labor/organizational development processes, regulations, and policies;
  • Understanding: Understanding of organizational development theories and knowledge of change management.
