3. Working Location: The 12th or 15th floor – Lim Tower 2, 62A Cach Mang Thang 8 str, ward 6, Dist 3, Ho Chi Minh City

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Dedicated to conduct all necessary tasks to ensure welcoming, escorting, supporting, caring and serving with premium standard of polite, thoughtfulness, and also cooperate with teammates to deliver and enhance excellence service quality for an outstanding experience from HOSPITALITY & RESPONSIBILITY to Internal and External Customers.

1. Responsibility of Greeting and Welcoming

  • Get customer information & Recognize & Actively stand by to welcome Customer
  • Welcome Customer at the gate/lobby/counter depends on the customer ranking.
  • Greeting customer with greeting standard sentence.
  • Take care, get request and serve for Customer order.
  • Take care customer with using umbrella when it’s raining or sunny

2. Responsibility of serving Customer

  • Escort Customer to the waiting seat
  • Show offer & take order, serve drinks
  • Escalate information to the related Department
  • Inform, take note, guide information to Customer
  • Support, feedback Customer request within the authorized scope
  • Report, ask for Manager direction in case of getting special request form Customer which is out of the authorized scope
  • Conduct the Greeting & Welcoming ceremony for VIP Customer (follow the trained standard) per requested.

3. Responsibility of showing Customer out

  • Accompany Customer partway down to the ending points and Say Good bye (depends on Customer ranking to define the stop point)
  • Guide Customer to exit, way, floor, and escort to lift case & also press the destination floor for Customer on the lift bar
  • Say Thank you and Good bye to Customer (follow the standard scripts)
  • Get Customer feedback (if any) and show thankfulness

4. Confidential notes

  • For the privacy purpose of serving high-end customers, all personal information of customers including internal and external ones need to be kept confidential and absolutely not shared or disclosed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ages: 25 – 35 years old

2. Professional Image: Male: Height: >= 175cm; Weight: <=70kg

3. Education: At least College Graduation

4. Language skill: Basic English/Korean/Cantonese is a must

5. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the same position

6. Characteristic: Professional – Polite – Thoughtful

7. Notes: Pronounce correctly, loudly and clearly
